POKERSTARS PATCH FOR "No Flop", "No Turn"... ERRORS

k im having problem as well with errors coming up and saying no river read for hand #!!!what do i need to do ?seen where there is a post for the patch but everyone seems to be having prob with the patch!what can i do to avoid these probs?is there a new patch without these probs?ty very much for ur time.

There are a few people having an issue, that's hardly "everyone" given that this thread has been viewed almost 900 times. Install the patch given in the first post of this thread.

Did you read the first post of this thread??? I gave a link to the patch that addresses this issue.

yes i did but was worried with evryone else having problems,my bad!!!once i download this patch do i just save it to my desktop?if so what then?will it just pretty much do its thing once i open it from there?

Save the download file to your hard drive and double-click on it to install the patch.

I have applied the patch and I still get problems when importing the files.

The error log says they cannot find a flop or turn for all of the hands.

I am running Vista

If you still get the errors then you didn't install the patch. Does the version number say 2.17.02A in the title bar of the main PT window?

How do I reimport lost hands? When I force an import it doesn't find the missing files. Is there something else I have to do? Thanks.

Did you move the files from the processed hand history folder to the PokerStars hand history folder as I detailed in the first post of this thread?

I had version 2.16 when the patch came out. I've now downloaded the patch and when I open tracker, it immediately freezes and is unresponsive. It also now says that I have 2.17. Could it be that the patch is for version 2.17 and since I had 2.16 they aren't working together and I need to upgrade to 2.17? If so, lead me to where I can do that.
