Upgraded PT3 to PT4, Multiple Basic Import Problems

can`nt really see on the picture, but can`t you right click and drag them to where you want then Save layout.

In PT4 you need to unlock the HUD before you can right click and drag them. To unlock the HUD click on the PT icon and click Unlock. Then right click and drag will work and PT Icon -> Save & Lock will save and relock the layout for you.

That's not the bug, i know about unlocking. It's the coordinates that are bugged. I.e. the stats aren't laid out properly like i had them set up in PT3. Currently i would have to drag around 300 little boxes for 10max, 270 for 9max, 180 for 6max, 60 for HU, 300 for 10max MTT, 270 for 9max MTT, 200 for 6max MTT. And again for another poker site. That would be an ungodly amount of tedious effort, considering the proper coordinates are already in the import.

Thanks, it's now settled. Though i have the mind-numbing task of precisely placing 2600 stat boxes ahead of me. Are there any shortcuts at all i can use here? Grouping my exported PT3 stats in some way so i don't have to move each box?


On to ticket 125129. The HUD is still not working for Party. This seems major, yet i haven't had an update in 8 days. Is it working for everyone else or something? I assumed it'd be fixed in the new beta, but no such luck.

Unfortunately there really isn't any quicker way to do this that I'm aware of.

Regarding your other ticket, the issue is with FreePHG - if you have Party save the hands itself with FreePHG off things should work just fine. We are still looking into the FreePHG issue to determine the proper course of action on our end.

Oh i see. Does that mean i can't see hud stats on players until i've been dealt into a hand?

Hi, when importing hands form pt3 db im getting this ERROR: PokerStars Access violation (0) (Flags: 0; Address: 0x00403257; EIP: 0x00403257) (Line #93223). THis is PKR hand history which is converted to be as pokerstars, it worked perfectly on PT3 but on pt4 it seems to be importing only like 15% of hands. Can anyone help?

I think i had that error at some point. 1 of these 2 things was the fix:

1) Right the PT4 icon and Run as Administrator (you can set it up to always start this way, in the properties)

2) Ensure all folders in question are not read-only. postgresql data folder, PT4 data folder, PT4 program files folder, PT4 processed files folder. RIght click and Properties, and uncheck Read-Only, OK (choose "... this folder, subfolders and files" from the popup).
