v.2.16: Fixed OnGame 2-Max prize and detection for $25 and $35 buy-in levels.

v.2.17: Major improvements to Entraction/IGT including ToN prize detection for 6 man and 9 man tournaments, proper DoN prize detection for 6 man and 10 man tournaments and miscellaneous improvements to all tournament types.

v. 2.18: Added PokerStars.es FIFTY50 detection. Set IGT/Entraction 6-max payouts to always 66.66/33.34. Fixed PokerStars 2.94+.06 SnG satellite payouts.

v. 2.19: Added Yatahay support for the new syntax for $1.50 to $15 SnGs. Fixed PokerStars 3.16+.34 detection to be Turbo.
