2) Please switch to any other HUD profile default in PokerTracker 4, it must use a default HUD profile, unaltered with no customizations. Let us know if the problem stops when you make this change.

With the default HUD, all players will have the HUD displayed but with dashes only.

Hmmm... this is strange... I wanted to make a screenshot but now the HUD is working fine again... It worked ok yesterday, just not today. I tried everything, rebooting, rebuilding, etc. Nothing solved the problem. And just now a freeroll started, that Tournament HUD works and voilá, the cash HUD pops up with every player and all data.

2. Restarted PT4.
3. Cash HUD is not ok (Default HUD displays data for hero but not for opponents).

8. Cash HUD is ok.

I backed up my DB and downgraded to 4.02.1 and I have HUD up and running except Live STAT: amount of BB.
It's better than not having HUD though. Just letting anyone who wants to downgrade know

Interesting. The Amount of BB is the only one showing in the default cash HUD if the HUD is not working.

All of the evidence you have provided in this thread leads to a problem in your HUD profile. Our developers continue to look at your issue in greater detail, but for the time we should proceed assuming that the problem is in your setup specifically.

1) Please go back to 4.0.4

2) Please create a new database, and switch to this new database

3) Start importing. Test at a low stakes table. Make sure you are using the default HUD profile without any modifications, as a safety precaution you can duplicate any profile, click apply to save it, then click Options, replace current with default, and select Default. Click apply once again, and be sure to switch to this new HUD profile in your game.

This procedure should get you up and running again for the time being, while we continue to investigate. Good luck!

I am sorry Steven, but I am not going to use default HUD, I've got mine that is up to my needs and for me the solution for time being is using version 4.02.1.

If I can help somehow, test something do anything- let me know, but I need to play my game.
