I can't find my screename on my laptop

I can look at my stats on my pc, but I am nowhere to be found on my laptop. I try typing it in and clicking find or going to settings and searching under all sites or under yatahay or winning and I don't show up on the list anywhere. I have no problems on my computer so what the heck?

Try creating a new database and importing a few of your hands - do you see your name in the new database?

I tried creating a new database and setting that to active, but now it's saying unknown file type and the hud doesn't work at all.
