Auto-Importing Not Moving Processed FT HHs to Approp. Folder

I'm getting a problem similar to a guy just a few threads down but could not figure out what to do by reading it. When I click on auto-import for Full Tilt a window pops up saying I have so and so number of hand history files that I have not been moving after being processed. I've had the move processed HH files to my pokertracker saves folder since I've been playing on FT but just recently in the past few days have been getting this message. I do have some omaha HHs, I do not have vista. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I can view cash game results on FT in the ring game database, but just recently I can't find my FT name on the list in the tournament database (I don't use the aliases option because I didn't feel like manually entering tournament summaries, but I still would go and look up my FT name in the tourney database to look over hands). I have only played tournaments on FT since I started getting this message so I'm not sure if it would also do the same with Stars.

I did download the new patch as well. I also just found this in FAQs, is this the problem?

EDIT #3: MAY 6, 2008 - FULL TILT USERS - a recent FT upgrade has started to save tournament summary text files to the hand history folder after you finish a tournament. PT2 DOES NOT SUPPORT THESE YET because they are new and have to be coded into the program. With PT3 set for release soon, I do not know when this will be added, it's not going to be high priority for PT2 so you will need to continue to import the summaries as you have always done until this functionality is added.

Makes sense but I still don't understand why I can no longer find my name in the tourney database, I had always been able to before this.

Are you sure you don't have some filters set that would prevent this data from showing?

What does the title bar of the tourney stats window say when you open it?

Open the File > Tournament Summaries - Manual Entry > Full Tilt Poker window. Do you see the tournaments listed there on this window?

It says "[Tournament Player Statistics (Filter: 9-30,000 entrants)]." This was the only thing I had filtered before but I went back and removed all filters to see if that would work and put this filter back on when it didn't. I can see the tournaments when I go to manual entry.

You need to use the Remove All Filters button. If you have that filter set and you haven't been entering the tournament summaries for FT then the number of players isn't being set for those tournaments which is probably why they aren't showing up.

I've always had that filter set and I had been able to view the results for a while. I just recently went to check them because it had been a while since I last did and it was not there. I removed all filters and it still was not there. If PT3 will show the results then I'm not too worried about it, should I just download that now and try to import the HHs in and see if they show up there?

I don't understand how you aren't seeing them then. Are you seeing the names of other FT players that you have played against in the list?

Nope, I'm not. And I'm positive it's not filtered for that.
