Unable to import - PT does not recognize PokerStars running

When I open up Poker Tracker and PokerStars, PokerStars' status in Poker Tracker is shown as Not Running. Hands are not imported even with auto-import on and there is no HUD displayed in the game. Can someone help me please?

Are you having Pstars save your hand histories to the same folder PT3 is looking in?

I'm having the same problem....Error messages come up since I updated PS to newest software.

Never had this issue before. I've tried deleting the files and starting a new session, but it still seems to not recognize turn and river activities.

Oh, I changed the folder in which PokerStar was saving hand history to the log folder in PT and it worked, thanks!

That "Not Running" just means the auto-import for that site isn't running, not the poker software itself.
