As you can see, some notes get doubled. i was wondering if it was becouse of using multiple databases? Any way to merge these notes?

Also, when I have any note on a player, a little yellow frame appears around the notes icon in HUD. Maybe there is a way to have this appear ony if I have a manual note?

That is possible, although I'm not absolutely sure. I suspect Kraada will be able to confirm one way or the other next time he's on.
Are you sure you don't have two copies of that rule?

We have plans to change the way that notes are highlighted to help you distinguish auto and manual notes, although I don't know the details yet, or when it will be done.

I don't have duplicated rules, at least I don't think so, I never did anything to change them, I use default ones. I must look into it one day and find a manual for this.

Do you have multiple databases? If you have two databases you can get behavior like that.

Not at this time, but it is an issue we are aware of and looking to address at some point in the future. Unfortunately it is not a simple thing to fix from a technological standpoint.

I am creating a new DB with onlt the current merge site I use. The old one has FT & PS & Mergs.
Will This create multiple stats? If so can I purge them and re-do for the DB I'm using, or do I need to delete the old DB?

The stats will be combined, the only issue is that you get multiple rows of notes if you have the same player at the same site in both databases with NoteTracker notes.

So I should purge all notes then run again in the active DB. I'm assuming NoteTracker only runs in the active DB.
I will not be using the other DB so there should not be any issues then--- unless I set it as active for some reason.
If I do set the old as active I guess I could Stop Note Tracker before activating it..???
