Your ticket will not be ignored, but we tend to answer tickets in time order and when you reply it moves it back down the queue - I will make the person in charge aware of your issue though.
We do not add TT to a purchase automatically - you have to opt in to the TT option and we send a reminder email to everyone before the trial period ends and the subscription begins.
