Winning Poker Hud not working right on CAP tables

When I multi table the new CAP no limit tables on winning poker I am having trouble with the HUD displaying on the incorrect tables. Ie a 6 handed table displaying the 9 handed HUD and vice versa.

Try turning on the Automatically Apply Treat As option in the Configure --> Sites & Import Options -> Preferences window and that might get things working properly for you.

I am not seeing that anywhere on my pt3.

when i go to configure i get drop down menu with

configure stats
configure currency
Auto Rate
configure HUD
options

nowhere do I see anything about site & import options

Sorry, those were PT4 instructions. For PT3 go to the Import -> Auto Import tab and select Preferences on the right hand side. Check "Adjust Qualifying Table Limits" to turn this on.

HUD still not displaying properly. It is only on the CAP tables at winning poker. The other tables at winning poker work fine.

In that case, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Please also include one of the hand histories from an affected table and that will help us get this fixed more easily as well.

There is a known issue importing some Cap hands at Winning which I expect to fixed for the next release, but the Hud should be working at Cap tables. (I just tested it)
If you're not using v3.13.9 Beta please update - PT3 Download Page.

If you still don't see the Hud please report your problem so that we can investigate further.
