I looking for this stat.I think that would need to be built as a custom stat, because I dont know how?

That is a built-in stat, called "All-In Equity Adjusted BB/100".

i can't find that stat, only this: All-In Equity Adjusted BB or Standard Deviation BB/100. I think these not evbb/100 stats.

Ah, are you looking for this for tournaments?
That stat exists for cash but not tournaments - that could be deliberate but I suspect it is an oversight. I'll see what I can find out.

Yes, looked for tours. I maked (copy from cash) this stat for tourneys and looks like works.
