What HUD bug precisely?
Beta 11 is my first attempt with PT3, and I only got the HuD to work right on my first play session. After that I keep getting an unreadable (super tiny font) HUD stuff on my tables - so then I rather do without it. (Alas cause I really like the HUD idea). And the only way i know of to turn off the HUD is to disable auto-import of hands.

Have posted ticket and screenshots in support system but not heard anything back yet, been a few days now....

Sometimes the name is correct, sometimes it's a totally different name from the player, someone not on the table

Hi Josh,

I can't really printscreen a tournament view but there isn't much to see to be honest because nothing appears. The HUD just doesn't come up in any iPoker tournies (or the mtts I played at least). I don't even get the pt3 logo at the top of the table and I tried exiting and reopening pt3 several times, seems it just doesn't recognize it. Like I said before though, it worked fine in Stars. If you really need printscreens I can take one in an mtt later. I'm definitely buying the final release so would really like to see this problem fixed. Keep up the good work.

Josh: the hud bug, where it still is disappearing once in a while.

I have seen some people on the forum having this problem, and I have experienced it myself.

The iPoker tournament problems should be resolved in the next beta.

The Hud disappearing problem should be too.

I only play 20+2$ SnGs on everest.

When I select autoimport, starts autoimporting and then after finish the program freezes, the HUD never starts

I have a new computer and windows vista

Also with PT3 I cannot order the players by number of SnGs played, so I now cannot know who are the players I play against most of the time

Please attach one of your SnG xml files to a support ticket. Be sure to give a description of your problem so that I can try to reproduce it.

You can create a custom report that shows a list of players and their results, but we will be adding more default reports that should show this information as well.

Where are the xml files?

Have a look at the auto-import tab for your site, and click the config tab on the right hand side, it should tell you where it's importing from.

I really like the new Beta, but I am still having difficulties with the HUD.

The HUD seems to show up sporatically.

I would really like to be able to customize the HUD display- change the size and the colors.

This may be a pipe dream, but it would also be nice to have a odds calculator(think texas calculatem-with just the %win) and a sng push fold built into the HUD. These could be very small(in terms of display) but they would be very useful.

While I am dreaming, It would be really cool if you could click on the players HUD data and it would automatically pull their data up on the database side.

I apologize if this feature is already available- but if the "fish icons" or "rock icons" showed up automatically that would be nice.

A "stop light" display on the HUD that alerted you to blind stealing opportunities and blind defending opportunities would be a great touch.
