how can i create auto note rulle for COLD CALLED 2BET IN POSITION for tournament play???

Use the Player filter:

Actions & Opportunities -> Preflop -> Calls -> Cold Called 2Bet

Then in the text to enter use something like:

Cold Called 2Bet IP With {cardrange}

All cold calls of 2bets are calls in position when you put no money in previously so no other filters are required. {cardrange} gives you the cards that they had when they did the action in question so nothing else is needed there, either.
