Error?

Hi,

In the upperpart of the main screen (cash) at Player summary the is stated that played 20,039 hands at a limit
In the lower part Player stats there is only 19,364 hands. Is this wrong or else why is there a difference?

Do you have any filters enabled? (click "Clear" to make sure you don't)
The Player Summary doesn't take account of filters, so that could cause a difference.

Is there a difference in some particular levels, or is it across all levels?
Any more detail you can give us will help establish why this is.

I',m playing on 1 site: iPoker. Two limits. One limit only 16 hands, there is no diifference. One limit all the other hands.
Have two aliasses. Removed them but that did not make any diffrence (at least to the difference; it gave less hands as expected. ... 17,000 or so)

if I look at the Hands tab another number is displayed 19,377 in stead of 19,380 as in Player stats.
Of the sessions tabs 20,039 is displayed as total (the same as on the Player summery)
Positions tab: 19,380
Winnings tab 20,039

What else infor do you want?

OK, that's interesting. So you have different amounts of hands shown on different tabs?

If you filter to a specific date (or range of dates), do you get similar but still different numbers on the Hands and Sessions?
Try some filters so that you can get down to a small set of hands which show different totals on the different tabs (the Player Summary won't change as it is not affected by filters). If you could identify a few hands which are shown under some tabs but not others that might help us find out why.

(I have seen hands from Full Tilt where the hand is started but not fully dealt because one of the blinds is placed but everyone else sits out or something, and these can cause differences..)

Done some tests. I seems only in the hands from 7 may on ... filter from begging till 6 may gives no difference. From 7 may (beta 11?) I had also some connections problems like described is Post Error Violation. I think they are related ...

If you can find a specific hand which is incorrectly counted, have a look at the hand history text and see if there's an error in it.
If you're not sure, try to identify a few and attach a zip to the Support system so they can be investigated.

Does seems no error in ... it is a hand at the end of a session from a table. But not all last games are not counted if you know what I mean. Also not hands from one table/session missing ...

I've imported that hand to my test DB and it shows up in every tab, so I can't see a problem.

(One exception is that it won't show in the Hands tab if you have it on Final Hands because you didn't see the flop).
