Bug using note tracker

because note doesn't appear automatically when the window is opened, i open and close it couple times during a game, like disapearing or frozing

I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to - when you are Getting Hands While Playing, NoteTracker will automatically take notes; you don't need to have any special window open. Can you elaborate a bit more on where you seem to be having trouble?

ok, what i meantis , when I keep note tracker opened (i m using coffee s hud) , new notes don't appear.so i shut the window and reopen it to get the new infos.
but when I do that more than 3 times during a game, the whole hud is crashing. Then I have to restart PT4 to make everything work again.

The NoteTracker window cannot be opened while an import is running. Can you explain exactly what you're doing to cause this?

what i meant by notetracker windw was the board where u can write and read ur notes while playing.
I have access to this via my HUD(coffee hay's ) so when I use this access during a game couple times , the Hud crashes.
and also new notes from the game do not show up in this window (the one where u write ur notes during the game) if I keep it opened while playing

example. the vilain 3bet me w/ AKo , I open this window from the HUD, it shows vilain 3b AKo (1). I levae it as it is , then vilain 3bet me again with KJ this time , but this new note doesn't show up. I close the window, then reopen it from the hud, and then it shows up this time vilain 3b AKo, KJ.
but if I would leave it opened KJ, wouldn't show up.
So I have to open and close it couple times during a game and it makes my hud crashes.

Closing and re-opening the note window definitely shouldn't cause a "crash".
Can you explain exactly what happens when the Hud "crashes"? (Different people mean different things by the term "crash", so it would be useful to know exactly what you mean.)

Next time you see this please report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.
Please include a link to this thread as a reference in your ticket.

when I say crash, I mean the hud just disapear, and sometimes it 's still there , but the numbers in it are frozen (for example the bb number stay the same)

Thank you for clarifying. Please start PT4 with the Logging Enabled link on your start menu and the next time you see this happen, send us your logs as explained in WhiteRider's link. That will help us figure out what we need to do to keep this from happening in the future.
