HUD not working

HUD not working

Im new to PT dont really know how to work everything yet if someone can help, when i use my HUD after around 20 mins it says hands are no longer working please import and restart pokertracker

What version of PT3 are you using and what poker site are you playing at?

its PT4 that i have , and i play at pokerstars

It sounds like you're only getting the 30 observed hands we're allowed to import - please follow the PokerStars Configuration Guide to get things set up correctly to save and read the hand history files.
