HUD not switching to New player

Hi, i recently upgraded from pt3 to pt4. everything works fine except the HUD:
on ps.com 6 max non-zoom when a player leaves and another sits in and gets already hands dealed, i still have the HUD from the old player. when i click on reset in the PT-symbol on the top
the HUD is correct immediately.
on zoom it works perfectly.
any suggestions?

The Hud should update to the new player when their first played hand is imported - until that time we don't know they are at the table as they are not in the hand history file.

If that is not what you're seeing please report your problem - include screenshots and the hand history file for the table along with your log files so that we can see what is going on.

ok think i understand it now:

when i have HUD Options/Minimum Hands required=0 PT4 switches correct after the 1st hand.
When i set it to e.g. 20 (cause the first hands on a player data can look 100/100 or 0/0 .. ) and a player leaves and another sits in from which i have below 20 hands, PT4 shows the data from the old player and displays the data from the new one after 20 hands. During this time the notes editor in the hud is from the new player, the data (VPIP, PFR..) from the old.
On zoom there is no HUd for a player in the first 20 hands (which is what i like to have on non zoom tables). Is this how is works? Can i set PT4 somehow to not show the hud for the first 20 hands?

Ah - I see - thanks for the update.

The Hud will have changed to the new player, and is always shown because of the Note Editor icon, but won't have updated because it is less than the minimum hands requirement. I will report this to the development team - please open a Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can notify you when the fix is released.

In the meantime, if you separate the note icon out to a separate group, maybe with the player name for example, then things should behave as you want them to, and you will have the note icon available if you want to add any notes.
