Note tracker problem

Auto notes I have created are working fine in test mode but are not being written to note editor in hud?
Status is 100% of hands processed.
Probably something I have done.

Please advise.

Did you make sure to set the definition to Active? Did you purge notes completely so that the note would be taken on all older hands? If not that note would only be taken on the new hands since it was created.

All notes are active and I purged all notes twice since adding more created notes.
new notes where showing up since purge but not when playing today.

Just reviewed last 500 hands played today.notes showing in test mode but not being written to editor.

Please export this note definition and attach it to a support ticket and we'll look into this for you further.

Problem sorted, all notes working fine now.
Because I play 9, 27 and 45 player tourneys I wrote the notes with 'Game details' 'Tournament tables' and ticked 'single table tournament, 3 table tournament and 5 table tournament filters that I have now deleted.
My mistake or possible bug?

The problem here isn't obvious - those labels aren't applied to hands until after the tournament is done so using those kinds of filters won't work right for NoteTracker purposes.
