bet Turn / 2bet Turn

Two things:

1) I have some doubts respect to "2bet Turn" and "bet Turn". Which is the difference?

For example in the Turn the first player to talk bets JUST the big blind, is it supposed to be a "Bet Turn"????
For example in the Turn the first player to talk bets 3/4 of the pot, is it supposed to be a "Bet Turn"? or a "2bet Turn"???
For example in the Turn the first player to talk bets 3/4 of the pot and then the second player bets 3 times the bet of the first player. The second player's bet is supposed to be a "2-Bet Turn"? or a "3bet Turn"???

2) By the way, the Detailed Description of the "Bet Turn" is incorrect, it talks about River and it should only talk about Turn.

A Bet is the first money put into the pot. A 2Bet is the first raise of a Bet. It has nothing to do with pot size.
