Hi

so is this supposed to be working with ftp rush? im able to import hands but no luck on the hud display

I heard it was working for Rush in testing - what table are you playing at where you don't get the HUD? Did you enable the Rush HUD in the Import Configuration options? It's not on by default (right click Full Tilt on the Play Poker page, click Configuration and make sure Enable Rush Hud is checked on the Client Options area to turn it on).

You can disable the HUD for Hero by going into the Hud -> Edit Hud Profiles and on the Table Groups area choose your table group on the left hand side and in the Group Properties area change it from Everyone to Everyone But Hero and then the group won't display your stats just the stats for everyone else.

Yeah but it just doesn't work for me. I use the same hud with pokerstars and it works fine.

Futhermore the HUD is flickering all the time at the Rush Ring Tables.

I tried playing some MTT SNGs with the last stable version of PT4. At Normal tables (90man) the HUD works fine but at Rush OD it doesn't even appear, although the Enable Rush HUD box is ticked.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Please also include the hand history from one of these on demand rush tournaments - that will help us in our testing.

New update puts HUD stats on top of seat 1234 and 6789's stacks so can't see stack sizes on full ring games on FT with HUD up

Rush Play Money cash tables give me a tournament hud. Tried NLHE, FLHE and PLO8, also restarting FT and PT4. Looking at the hands statistics afterwards, they however show up on the cash section, not tournament.

Regular Play Money cash tables seemed to get the correct hud.

You can reposition the Hud stats by either holding the control key down and dragging the stats or unlock the Hud via the PT-icon menu and drag normally.
Be sure to PT-icon > Save Layout once you have the stats where you want them.

The Hud does not work correctly for play money Rush tables.
I wouldn't expect them to import as tournaments though - please attach an example hand history file to a Support Ticket.

It seems to import as Cash, just displayed the wrong hud (yeah I know that sounds weird).

Since I tried to use this to verify hud positioning only, I don't think I'll be revisiting the Play Money tables any time soon... anyway, shipped you a HH. Ticket: 129390
