They made changes to the hand history file and it will take us a little time to get together a fix for PT3.

A fix for PT4 will be available in a new beta which should be out later today (and hopefully sooner rather than later). We will then begin work on the necessary changes to update PT3. I can't yet say exactly how long it will take, but we will provide this update for our PT3 users.

I have the same problem.

Also, it doesn´t import observed hands, although I have checked it in the PT3 menu. What´s about that?

This is a general issue which will affect everybody.

Full Tilt used to write observed hands and we would import them. I don't believe they're doing that any longer and as such there's nothing observed to import.

Hi, I don´t know if my problem is the same or a different one. When I import hands there is this message in some of them:

"Full Tilt: Error: Invalid pot size for hand"

I downloaded the newest patch 12.1 and then this error occured:

"A file required for proper operation was not found. Please check your that anti-virus and security software has not removed them.
For more information on configuring your anti-virus and security software for use with PokerTracker please visit http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... c=firewall "

My antivirus software is "Microsoft Security Essentials" and doesn´t fit in one of these.

Is it the same problem or different?

v3.13.11 Beta is currently the latest version (although it was released before the changes to the Full Tilt hand history format were introduced so won't import all FTP hands). Please update, and make sure that both PT3 and all your poker sites are closed down before running the installer.
Now that the PT4 update is out a PT3 update will follow in 2-3 weeks.

As a PT3 owner you currently get a 70% discount off the upgrade to PT4 (which now supports the new FTP updates) although this discount will be reduced after November 25th so you may want to consider upgrading sooner rather than later to get the best deal.
Feel free to check out the free trial - PT4 Download Page. (Be sure to get 4.05.4 Beta for Full Tilt support)

I was actually thinking about upgrading to pt4, I for sure wont do it now. Unless there is a good reason why the patch for pt4 took you guys 1 day and you might need 2-3 weeks for a pt3 patch, it looks as if you are delaying the patch to get your customers to upgrade to pt4. I hope that is not the case.
