PT4 Tournament Statistics not Showing

I recently bought PT4 and imported lots of cashgame and tournament hands, but the problem is, that under reports, graphs, etc only cash game statistics show.
This is problem for "fresh-get-hands-while-playing-hands" aswell and it excists with last stable version and with latest beta aswell. All the hands and summaries are from Pokerstars.

In order to see tournament data you need to change to the tournament reports - at the top in the button bar, change to "T" to see tournament data; "$" is for cash games.

Can you tell us what you see (and don't see) in the Tournament section?
Check that you don't have any filters enabled in the sidebar and that the correct screenname is selected.

No statistics att all are showing. Correct screenname is selected and no filters are applied. Everything was working fine, when I had trial version before the official release, but now I cannot see any statistics. Everythins is blank - results, statistics, my reports and graphs tab.

Please make sure you are using our latest beta version - 4.05.4 - if you downgraded to 4.04.1 that could cause problems. You can find the beta on our download page.

I am using the latest BETA version.

Then please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Im having the exact same problem with v4.05.7beta

Its seems, after a bit of snooping, that none of my tourny results are saving in the database.

Tried to fix it but to no avail.

All i get is a blank graph

Please check that you don't have a filter enabled - if you have a blank graph you probably have all of your data filtered out.
Also check that you have the correct screenname selected in the Player List (top left).
