ftp is back, but can not import some hands

Now that the PT4 update is out a PT3 update will follow in 2-3 weeks.

This is ridiculous - 2 to 3 weeks to make a change that you've already applied to PT4 in PT3. What about us on Mac who don't have the option of upgrading to PT4 (yet were promised on the release of PT4 that a Mac version would be along shortly).

I understand you have a new product and that you would much rather have users upgrade to your latest and greatest product and put most of your energy into that, but seriously I doubt that parsing a changed hand history is that much work and that you've already figured it out for PT4 means you know what changes need making. Come on give those of us a break who have no choice but PT3 at the moment.

I know for a fact that making a patch for recognizing new FTP hands would take a couple of hours max - even easier now than was for PT4 - you just being assholes about it.

I don't have PT4, nor do I ever planning on buying it because it's nothing like PT3, it sucks in too many respects.

I installed the update.
Now When i look at my zoom poker results, there's just lines and lines of red text and no data. it says :

unable to execute query ((DATA_part('year;..... blah blah blah...

Although when I play on ZOOM the HUD still works

Whats all this about ?

Are you using the sidebar to filter for All Omaha hands? There appears to be an issue with that filter in the latest PT4 beta - if you filter to these games via More Filters -> Game Details -> Games you won't get the error and it won't affect your data at all, it's just an unfortunate problem with that filter.

yeh side pair - game omaha, $1 zoom. but when i do it the way you said to, it still does the same thing.

havent actually got anything to import from FTP either yet... Says

the HUD us not finding any information on the players at your table, this could be because
