Hello.

I played yesterday on Full tilt, and when I tried to set up my HUD and HH import, a message was present in PT4 saying how FTP wasn't set up to save hand histories. i might be missquoting, as I don't have access to my laptop with PT4 now.

However, the HUD appeared and hands were imported, although the final result was off, from which I conlcuded that not all of the hands were imported correctly. Also, I ahd a problem with not all HUD configurations loading, and stats regading post flop play were not showing. Only thing working were the pre-flop stats.

after installing last update i receive very strange problem: for holdem everything is fine, for plo - evetyting is not working. you can see how it looks on screenshot below.

What about Rush? I cannot see HUD

New update puts HUD stats on top of seat 1234 and 6789's stacks so can't see stack sizes on full ring games on FT with HUD up

You can reposition the Hud stats by either holding the control key down and dragging the stats or unlock the Hud via the PT-icon menu and drag normally.
Be sure to PT-icon > Save Layout once you have the stats where you want them.

the problem is that we already saved right positions and saved it to the specific HUD profile. but when playing rush, HUD stats are not in the places they should be, using the same HUD profile.

there are also major problems with step tournaments -- I have played two, but in the overview I see 3 ones, buy-in values of steps tournaments are incorrect (show zero), one rush tournament appears as two grouped MTT tourneys and one not editable RUSH tourney.

Played my first game (PLO8) back on Full Tilt today after downloading the new Beta version. The HUD worked for about ten minutes then quit and no hands were imported. This was an MTT.

Just updated to latest version and imported the super turbo husngs + summaries from yesterdays play and the buy-ins are $0 for all stakes.

Anybody with tournaments detecting improperly please submit tickets to us via our support system and include the hand history and tournament summary file for that tournament so that we can fix this issue for you.

Regarding the red SQL error for Omaha, this is something we just found this morning - if you change the Game drop down on the left back from All Omaha to All Games that error will go away - you can filter to Omaha via More Filters -> Game Details -> Games and that will work until we get that filter fixed.

For people with HUD issues, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

For people with HUD issues, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem.

How do we do that? can you please explain?

Close down PT4, click Start -> All Programs -> PokerTracker 4 -> PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled). Then do whatever it was you did to make the problem happen and when it happens again the log file will catch everything we need.

Is "prefetch" or "memory grabber" available? so that I can see stats before sitting at a table.
