How do Itrack down and view this act of debauchery ?

The easiest way would be to set that player as the Active Player in the Player drop down in the left hand sidebar, then filter for the hand - Actions and Opportunities -> Flop -> Raises -> Raised Continuation Bet will probably get you most of the way there - you can be more specific with Hand Values filters if you need to be but if you don't have enough hands on him that this returns a bunch it might not be worth your time messing around in there.
