the only way i found out to have the HUD always on the right place is when i enable "auto center" in the site configuration and choose seat 5 / auto center as my preferred seat. or is there any way to choose another seat? i prefer to seat at seat 1. i can't arrange all the windows perfectly tiled so i have a better overview about the action on that seat. will it be possible to change the preferred seat for the HUD?

In order to get out the support that we did, we didn't have time to add full support for the new Full Tilt preferred seating. We will of course add support for this at a later time, though I can't say right now exactly when that will be. For the moment things will only work if you use Auto Center in the PT4 configuration and set it to the bottom center seat as you have noted.

A memory grabber function is not available at this time. It's something we may investigate the feasibility of doing in the future, but I don't know how easy or fast it would be to do such a thing so it may not come for some time (if it comes at all).

Should we turn the "logging enabled" off after or just leave it on?

It's really up to you - the only downside to leaving it on is that the log files will continue to pile up over time. As long as hard drive space isn't a pressing issue for you, you can certainly leave it on all of the time without any problems (and old logs could always be purged later too).

I run pokertracker 3, latest update, and have the sameproblem as others.
My pt doesn't import the hands that goes post-flop/showdown. The program just says "Error: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #..."

How do i fix this? Are there coming an update? :(

Just to clarify this - unless you move the log files manually they are deleted from the "Logs" folder after a week, so they won't build up.

We're working on a fix for PT3 as well - I don't yet have a timescale for this but it should be within 2-3 weeks at the outside.
I see that you have a PT4 license though - is there a reason that you're still using PT3?

Im having the same issue with PT4, "invalid pot size for Hand" is this a common fault across both versions or have i done something wrong?

You'll need to upgrade to our latest beta version - 4.05.5 - for proper Full Tilt support. You can find 4.05.5 available here.

I have installed the latest update, but my HUD is still not functional for Full Tilt.
