Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Please post your ticket number here or PM it to me and I'll make sure this gets expedited for you.

Hi, there is a bug in my PT4 hud. Sometimes the hud just disappears and i have to restart, but a minute later it disappears again. Why?
I have the latest version from nov-7..

Then please send us logs as well - with the logs we can figure out what is going on in your situation and help get things working for you.
