So after all this back and forward, what options do I have as a Mac user at the moment with regard to pokertracker and full tilt poker ? Is there a version I can download that works properly or do I have to wait until a new version for Mac is released?

We released a new PT3 beta to address the Full Tilt issues yesterday - you can find it here (it's 3.13.12).

Regarding the filters, are you playing exclusively heads up? 2 players at the table means heads up hands, not just two players to the flop (there's a different filter for that).

Yes, this is exclusively heads up, and it is with the latest update for FTP hands

Have you re-imported the hands since installing 3.13.12?

If you have an example which is incorrect when imported in the latest beta please attach the hand history file to a Support Ticket and post your ticket number here so that we can check it out ASAP.

I'm running the latest version (3.13.12 beta)

It looks like PT3 is importing all hands from FTP, but the pot sizes are wrong. HUD is working fine, I guess.

When is it going to be fixed?

Please attach some of these hands that are not importing properly for you to a support ticket as linked by WhiteRider above and we will investigate further for you.

just paid more atention now. it isn't importing hands where I won more than 200 USD

If you're using v3.13.12 Beta and still have this problem please attach the original hand history file for a session with one of these hands to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.
