Will this be fixed soon? I tried the latest beta with no success.

If you have tournament results or buy-ins that don't import correctly please attach a few example HH and summary files to a Support Ticket so that we can make sure we get them fixed.

Sent them in a couple of days ago, still no response. I guess it was cause of the weekend, just wanted to make sure you got 'em.

I see your ticket is in the right spot. We will get back to you soon on it, but you don't need to worry that it's in the wrong place - it's right where it should be.

If you create a ticket yourself we can make sure you also get notification automatically when this issue is fixed.
