exporting and deleting hands

1) I'd like to export all hands from all players that meet a certain criteria (i.e. 5/10 6-max). I can filter for those hands no prob, but how do I export them?

2) Once I've exported them to a text file, I would like to remove those hands from the DB entirely (to cut db size and increase db performance). How do I do that?
