Help me, 888 poker Problem

Today i update my 888poker to newest version, that is Ver :p-1-en-4-610-1-4

Hud cannt been used.

But my Statistices is okay.

please help me to check the matter.

We are aware of this issue; we have a fix ready for our next beta release. If you'd like notification when this release is available, please create a support ticket and we'll make sure you receive notification. I don't have an ETA at this point but I wouldn't expect it to take too long.

Two questions.

1. Is it matter of days/weeks or months before the next beta is released? Don't you have even slight idea, like in December or smth. ?
2. What are the key changes in the upcoming beta? Will it be a bug-fix release mostly or are you up to some new functions?

I can't say for certain exactly how long it will take at this point, but I can say for certain it definitely should not stretch to months.

I have the same issue. Any advice on a workaround in the meantime? Can we roll back to an older version of PT that isn't affected? I'm on v4.05.5 Beta.

I'm afraid I don't have a workaround at the moment. If I hear of one, I will let you know (but I don't expect to hear of one).

Okay, well as the HUD is probably the single most important feature of the software, rendering it nearly worthless when it is inoperable, I'd suggest a Beta is rushed out ASAP. An ETA would be good too.

I agree this is very upsetting.

We pay for a program and then cannot use it.

We realise that these things happen - but some ETA, rather than "the don't know don't care" response would be good.

I have already looked at switching to HM2, and downloaded their free trail. Lucky for PT, their HUD is also having the same problem with 888.

Game Time + and PT2 possibly??
