The issue was caused by 888's update, not PokerTracker, therefore rolling back to an older version will not help. We need to figure out all of the changes made by 888 and then compensate for them accordingly. We thought we had all the info compiled before we released today's new beta, but apparently we need more data after the newest update from 888. Please be patient, we are working on this, it will just require more time than we expected.

We pay for a program and then cannot use it.
We realise that these things happen - but some ETA, rather than "the don't know don't care" response would be good.
1) You paid for PokerTracker with the 888 support that was known at the time of release. We continue to provide updates when new 888 software is released that changes how we need to work to support 888, but those updates are free... you cannot pay for updates. Lets be clear on that so there is no miscommunication, thnx.
2) Nobody ever said we don't care. We did say we don't know when primarily because it is really hard to place an ETA on a moving target. There were over 100 fixes, changes, and additions in the latest beta of PokerTracker 4, and then 888 comes along and updates their software without our advance knowledge... we cannot plan for issues like that, it is just something that happens, in turn we roll with the punches and we have already started to work on the changes need to support 888 once again.
Hopefully 888 will not release any more radical changes, and we will have a new update that includes 888 revised support as soon as we can.
