Beta 4.05.6 Problem with HUD and live stats

Same problem here, HUD not working on Pokerstars Tournaments

The Hud is working for me at PokerStars tournaments using v4.05.6 so we'll really need to see your logs to see what is causing the problems for you all.
Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. (Those of you that already have - thankyou. Please post your ticket numbers here so that we can check them out ASAP. benharvey - I will take a look at yours once I've finished here.)
Please also tell us what version of the PokerStars software you have (Help > About in the PokerStars lobby menu) and what country you are in - it is possible this is a regional issue.

Once you have reported your problems you can revert to the previous version here - v4.05.5.
Please let us know whether that makes any difference as that will help determine whether this is related to a PokerStars update.

HUD not working on 888

This is a separate issue caused by an update to the 888 hand history format - this is fixed for the next update, which I expect within a couple of days.

The ticket I have seen about this so far is caused by an invalid custom statistic, which uses a database field which was removed some time ago.
If you are using any custom stats in your Huds which use effective stacks then you will need to update those custom stat definitions.

The database field in question is "column tourney_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack".
This was removed, and replaced with "tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack", which gives a much more accurate effective stack value for each player.

You will need to update your custom stats to use this new database field, and then the Hud should work fine.
In the meantime, try using one of the built-in default Hud profiles and see if that works OK?

after playing about 1k hands with 4.05.6 , PT crashes all the time . Any chance to get 4.05.5 back ?

hello
several issues with my case.

1. cant make hud show hero stats. tried to change some properties and that didnt helped.
2. tracker started freezing after i tried to start getting hands. after I made one more restart of the computer this problem disappeared.
3. same hud problems playing tournaments and sit and go's either pokerstars or fulltilt
a) hero stats cant appear
b) hud is working but updating very slow (it takes about 5minutes to get new portion of imported hands) while import works ok or that seems to be when I trying to view import status
c) instant hand history update is done when I restart hud via hud -> restart hud

Reinstalled whole database and tracker but that didnt change anything. should i downgrade version or wait for another update?

also it shows bad results when trying to view the stats. f.e. i played s'n'g 9max 5.5$ on fulltilt and lost it. results show that my loss is aprox. $-225

Same here, hud stats wouldn't update, rolled back to previous beta and all seems fine now.
