It's possible there could still be an individual hand with a zero BB which doesn't show up in that report (which is done by session).
Try creating a new "Hand" report in My Reports.
Click the blue "Filters" link and choose 'Expression Filters'.
Paste this into the "Filter Expression" field and click Save then OK.
amt_bb = 0
Does that list any hands?
If so, find the appropriate session and purge it.
If not, my next step would be to narrow down the date range where this error occurs to identify the hands/sessions which cause it that way.

Now that I understand what I am looking for, I located 5 hands on 24/07/2012 that have stake = €0 NL (6 max), and it's exactly the day that gives me problem for the report.
The only difference with the previous one (apart than they do not appear on your report) is that they are mixed in between a "normal" session (€0.50 NL 6 max), so I do not know how to purge without purging the whole session.
Thanks.

The best thing is probably to purge the session and try to reimport it from the original hand histories and see if they import properly - all hands are moved to your Processed folder so you should be able to find them there (the folder can be found by clicking Configure -> Sites & Import Options on the Preferences page). If they reimport fine, great! If they don't, you can send us those hand histories via a
support ticket and we'll look into what is special about these hands and what we can do about it for you.

Thanks, but the problem is that I have not the processed hands, because of a problem with my computer (I was lucky to have a backup to restore!!).
So I think I will have to purge the all session. Hopefully it was not a very long one.

Just purging a single session shouldn't take too long - the longest part will be PT4 updating its cache to remove the data from that session - but it still shouldn't be an extremely lengthy affair.

If you export the session first (Database > Export Hands) you'll be able to re-import it.
If that re-introduces the zero blinds then please attach the hands to a
Support Ticket and we'll work out why for you. At the very least we'll be able to remove the bad hands so that you can re-import the rest, but if there are only 5 it's likely we'll be able to recover the bad hands too.

Thanks.
What I have done is to export the "good" hands of the problematic session, then purge the session and re-import the hands. I lost the 5 NL0$ hands, but anyway, there were just hands that I folded preflop, so it was not worth worrying you to try to recover them.
Now, my report works fine for any period.
Thanks again.
Regards.

Is it possible to change the bb Ranges?
for example to create a report with 20-50bb, 50-100bb, >100bb
(hands <20bb would not be displayed)

Yes, you'd want to duplicate and create a new column based on the val_p_stack_size column to set it to create the ranges you want, then duplicate and edit the Preflop Stack Size stat to create a new stack size grouping stat with the groups you desire.
