I think I go for reverse action. Only few opponents bet Drawy Flop with strong hand (TP or better) less than 2/3 pot in single raised pots. So I would make a filter, if (flop was all-three-card-connected or any made sraight is possible or flop is not rainbow) and flop betsize 0-55% and (made hand TP or set or 2 pair or overpair) = bets drawy flop less than 55% with TP+.
The same for dry board, if he bets uncoordinated and rainbow flop with TP or better more than 60% then and he had TP+, then his betsize is for value.
Why?
Because I think betting more on drawy board for value and less on dry board is pretty standard, you can estimate it. Its the same like most opponent 3bets with AA in blinds war. So no need to mark standard situation, what you always know. Better note situations which are exceptions, not rules. You get more info, I think.
