PT3 HUD not working for merge MTT

With merge's latest update the HUD is not working for mtts. However it still seems to work for SNGs and cash

If you haven't already please update to v3.13.12 Beta.
If you still don't see the Hud please enable logging and restart PT3. Play a single tournament and attach a screenshot of the table window to a Support Ticket along with your log file and the hand history file for the tournament.

This has been a problem for weeks now. There have been other posts about this. Seriously when is this going to be fixed? This is ridiculous.

If you're playing the deep turbo tournaments then the fix will be in the next release of PT3. The fix was released in PT4 some time ago but PT3 updates are less frequent these days as most of our development resources are concentrated on PT4.

If you're playing other types of tournaments then we'll need more information because normal MTTs are working OK generally.

Ok I understand that, dont like it, but understand it. When we get the fix on this will my stats all be there, and correct? Ive been putting in my correct numbers after every session but some of the tournaments I played wont even be there at all. So my numbers are never correct. Just hoping when this gets resolved I will be all updated with my numbers. Is there anyway to put these missing tournaments in myself? Please let me know. Thank you.

As far as I'm aware the hands should import OK for these tournaments, but since they are multi-table tournaments and Merge do not provide any results information you will need to enter your prizes manually.

Yes Im entering the prizes manually after every session but some of the tournaments that I played in my session are not there, meaning no tournaments number. Is there a way to input the tournament number so that I can then input the prizes. For the tournaments that are there with a tournament number I just enter the prizes hit save and Im good, so to get current numbers I need to get these missing tournaments in there. Please help.

If there's no tournament number that means those tournaments haven't imported - all tournaments that import should have a number. Please attach one of the tournaments that doesn't import properly to a support ticket and we'll investigate this further for you.

Is there any possible way to add/enter a tournament that was'nt imported? Merge Deep Turbos are still not importing. The hands are importing but not the tourney itself. I know I asked this before but did'nt get a good answer. I just need somewhere to manually enter my results like the rest of my tournaments.

Only tournaments that have at least one hand imported will show up in the list. You can't add results for a tournament that doesn't have any hands.
