Time Poker Stars

Postby gennysennin » Sun Dec 09, 2012 3:02 pm

When PT4 import hands from PS.it time is 1 hour ahead, lobby and history's time are right, I check hand history in the folder Processed and it's OK, but in Poker Tracker 4 time is incorrect of 1 hour, what must I do?

I noticed the same thing today when playing at Pokerstars.
After som further investigation it seems like this problem occured after the upgrade to PT 4.05.7 beta version. Might be a bug that needs to be fixed to the next release.

I've been experiencing the issue for as long as I remember with every version of PT4 and HEM. Recently I tried it with HEM2 and guess what it is the only thing it does right

But to the point, I've contacted support through a ticket and have been told to use a preset time zone in PS instead of CUSTom (my time zone is somewhat rare among poker players). I've been able to find a preset with GMT offset identical to mine, however it doesn't changed a thing.

It is time to send some more HHs for them to investigate.

But if I put 1 hour behind on PS, PT4 will have the right time, right?

This issue was accidentally introduced in the last release and will be fixed in the next update.

If you haven't already please do send us a HH and tell us what timezone your computer is set to, and what time the hands show as in PT4 for you.
We want to get any lingering timezone issues sorted out as there are further changes in this area in the next release.

Will the times that are currently incorrect be corrected as well or is that something we'll have to fix ourselves ? (E.g. by reimporting the Summary Mails).

In cases like this you're almost certainly going to have to reimport, but I'll double check for you.

You will need to purge and re-import after you've upgraded to the next version.
