Minor bug: $ won without blind

On the Positions tab, there are 3 columns: amt blind, amt won, and without blind.

The last of these three has "N/A" in it for seats from which you have never posted a blind. The total at the bottom of the first tow columns is correct; but the total at the bottom of the 'without blind' column treats them as if the N/As are zeros, rather than equal to the entries in the amt won column.
