Donkbet Not All in

I must create a note in which Player do a donkbet. The donkbet mustn't be a direct all in, but if he donks and oppo raises active player can also push.
I does some example:
Hero donks and oppo calls. OK
Hero donks, oppo raises, hero calls. OK
Hero donks, oppo raises, hero 3bets (Not All in). OK
Hero donks, oppo raises, hero 3bets (All in). OK
Hero donks all in. NOT

If I does (Donkbet flop) And (Not(Faced all in on Flop)), it means that he doesn't donk all in, but can 3bet allin if oppo raises, or that he can't go all in on flop?

I'm not sure of the best way to do this off the top of my head but I'll think it over and let you know what I come up with.
