Can I create a note in which a player raises vs 2 limpers or more?

Yes, you want to use the Actions and Opportunities -> Preflop -> Opportunities -> Opportunity to Raise Limpers along with Hand Details -> Preflop Limping That Occurred.

If you check to make sure there were at least two limpers in the last one and that the player did in fact have the chance to raiser limpers and raised you know that he must have raised at least two limpers.
