hud works only with default profiles

Hud won't show up while imported custom profile is set. Stats immediately appear after changing hud profile to any default one and disappear when changed back to custom. Everything works fine in a replayer though.

Are you using our latest version of PT4? If not, please update and that may well fix things for you.

If you are, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Please also include an exported copy of your HUD so that we can test it on our side to try to figure out what is going wrong here for you.

I have an idea what might be wrong. I experienced these problems while playing Pot-limit Omaha 0.5/1 btw.
Today i tried it on 0.25/0.5 stakes and HUD worked perfectly.
I own small stakes Holdem version and Full Omaha. Most likely that's the cause.


I was eligible for free PT4 Omaha upgrade, but as an Add-On. So i had to purchase holdem version also.
Because i don't play holdem anymore and don't need it, i got stubborn ant purchased small stakes version.

I submitted a support ticket yesterday. When can i expect it to be fixed ?
Hud is messed up on default profiles also and isn't very useful.

I am getting the same problems. My PT4 works fine at most limits, but at .5/1 the entire thing is messed up and broken. Lot of hands importing as errors. This only started happening yesterday.

Also I have no idea where to update my PT4, I've looked around the site for like 30 minutes and there's no link to be found.

You can update PT4 from the PT4 Download Page (via Products > PT4 > Download).
If you still have problems after updating to 4.05.9 please open a support ticket as kraada suggested above so that we can see what is going on for you.
