I have no rights to save changes in conf. file in this folder. It offers me to save changes in another folder or to ask net admin. Im trying to sort it out.
Click Start type Notepad and right click on it when it appears, choose Run as Administrator and then in that window open the configuration file via File -> Open and then you should be able to save your changes.
