That is because the disk error is in the tournament table data not the cash game table data - so when imports are for cash game data the problem doesn't show up. Cash game data and tourney data are kept completely separate in our database.

TU. Could re-instal postgres solve the problem?

That won't make a difference. You could just create a new database and reimport your hands if you'd prefer but if you follow WhiteRider's instructions in his last post that should fix things for you without reinstalling or reimporting anything.

I have no rights to save changes in conf. file in this folder. It offers me to save changes in another folder or to ask net admin. Im trying to sort it out.

Click Start type Notepad and right click on it when it appears, choose Run as Administrator and then in that window open the configuration file via File -> Open and then you should be able to save your changes.

in the end I created new DB and re-import files. It seems everything works properly. TU

That depends on the size of your database and the speed of your system so it's really hard to give an estimate.
