PT3 HUD not working for merge MTT

The importing hands window on PT3 shows the hands importing and the number of the hand. But at the end of the tourney it will just say "processed deep turbo " but no tourney number is included. If it's not a turbo it will say "processed tournament #1334455677" So the hands are importing but the tournament is not being processed. When it gives a tournament "processed #" then I can manually input my stats for that tournament. Without the "processed tournament #" there is no where to input these stats. Is there a way I can add a tournament # because all my "deep turbo" hands are being imported? Earlier post you said the PT3 update should fix this problem but that was a month or so ago. Any guess when this update will take place? I have 200+ turbos that have no tourney # to input stats.

I don't see an open support ticket from you - please open one and attach a hand history file to it and we'll make sure we get you an update about the current status and, if it isn't fixed, we'll make sure you get automated notification when it is.

I tried to open a support ticket and attach a hand history file to it but all hand history folders were empty. Can you help me out with that?

The processed hand history files will have been moved to the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder.
You will need to compress the file(s) that you want to attach because you can't attach xml files directly.
