Not English Symbols

PT3 not read hand history from tables which name includes not English symbols
such as Mörbylånga Québec
bwin (since recent time PartyGaming)

I suspect that this means that you have Windows installed in a non-Western language, and PT3 doesn't always handle unicode characters correctly in that case.

If you change the language for non-unicode programs to English then things should work OK.
In Control Panel go to Region and Language, and on the 'Administrative' tab change the language for non-unicode applications to English, and reboot.

PT4 was designed with unicode support in mind and should handle these files OK in your native language too.

That is the language this issue was originally reported for, and setting the language for non-unicode applications to English should allow it to work.
