Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you.

With logging enabled, make it happen again - then in the log file it will tell us exactly what was going on in PT at the time the problem happened and we can use that information to figure out what we need to do to get it fixed.

What version of PT4 are you currently using? If it's not 4.05.9, please upgrade to that version and that should fix this for you.
