Leave Reference blank. The Subject is Pstars payment automatically.

Should be fine. You can monitor the progress of your ticket under Support (on the left) on main page. Not sure if they have people working at this time.

nope, just 1......i am searching the whole day...

If a PT2 registration code was issued it should be under My Account..Registration Codes. Otherwise, not sure..try PT3 code if you're prompted not that that would work. Good luck.
