Lost notes

I created a lot of notes, but I didn't export them. Now, I started PT4 and the notes are gone. Is there a way to recovery them or I must create them again? If I go in Test there are still in list.

Do you mean you created a lot of note definitions through NoteTracker? Or did you take manual notes on your opponents by clicking the note editor and typing something in?

They should still be there then, we don't delete them for any reason that I'm aware of. Could you double check you're on the right side (cash or tournament)? If they appear on the Test page then they're definitely still in the system. The only place to export the note definitions is from the Edit page in Tools -> NoteTracker.
