PT3 database file restore

Hi,

Broke my laptop. I have the whole postgresql database folder (c:\program files\postgresql\8.3). Is there any way to restore the postgresql database on an other computer?

The answer is likely yes. Copy that folder to the same location on your other machine, then install the same version of PostgreSQL (8.3) to the same directory - if the database was in a consistent state when it was copied over, it should start up and all of your data will be intact.
