Problems with hud on zoom poker

Hello

I have a problems on zoom poker on pokerstars.
Im playing zoom from a long time and it never happen before everything was ok.

Ok so the problem is:

When i play zoom poker (i usually play 6 tables Full rings) hud is not working properly because when I fold a hand and new table appear statistics sometimes are not showed.
Everything disapear. After 2-3 hands stats appear again and everything work fine but few hand more on the same table and again... its working for all tables / windows.

On every zoom table my statistisc disappear and this process is all time from start to end of session.
In past everything works correctly, but now from few days i have this problem and as i said its on all tables like 10 hands with stats and 2-3 hands no stats and again again again.

Using windows Vista 64 professional, Poker Tracker v4.04.1

4.04.1 is quite old and there are known issues with it - please update to our latest version (4.06) and that should fix things for you. You can find 4.06 on our download page.

hello,

I've met a problem on pokerstars.fr for zoom table.
Sometimes The HUD doesn't appear for the good player and sometimes , any HUd appears for player.

I installed 4.06 and any changement.

Some solutions ?

Please restart your computer and reinstall 4.06 again first thing after you start up and let me know if that helps or not.

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Play a few hands at a single table and take a screenshot of the table window. Attach that to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session and the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) so that we can see what needs to be done to support Zoom tables for PokerStars.fr.
